September 8th
2:00 pm – 7:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
Husker Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the lobby of the Boulder Marriott
6:30 pm – 8:30 pm | WELCOME EVENT

Shuttles will run between the Boulder Marriott and Avanti F&B Boulder from 6:15 pm until 8:45 pm. Additional shuttle details will be provided at the Husker Fan Travel Hospitality Desk.
September 9th
7:00 am | DEPARTURE
Motor coaches depart the Boulder Marriott for the Husker Huddle. Please wear your tour & tailgate credentials. Please meet in the lobby by 6:45 am.

The official Husker Huddle will take place at the University Memorial Center on the campus of the University of Colorado. The Husker Huddle includes a full breakfast buffet and hosted bar (two drink tokens are included for beer, breakfast cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages)

45 Min Post-Game | DEPARTURE
No later than 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game, motor coaches will depart for the Boulder Marriott. Game Day Maps, including detailed motor coach parking information, will be available at the Husker Fan Travel Hospitality Desk. If you feel lost or can’t find the motor coaches, please contact your on-site staff.
September 10th
By 12:00 pm | CHECK-OUT
Check out of the Boulder Marriott. Please settle any incidental charges you have at the front desk. Safe travels home!
